I also pictured more of a torn down, militarised wasteland but everything looks pretty nicely organised.... But its sad that there is such a beast lying in the beauty!

Definitely not the barren wasteland I pictured. Those fields are beautiful, it's hard to believe this is a country in which people are starving to death.

Well they are not starving to death all the year and it's unlikely to starve to death if you are in the military service, because of the "military first" doctrine.
