probably, you'll just have to pay the 2000 caps to get into the strip. If you want quick money, play the old man at novak in caravan ( he starts out with a 800 cap bet ). just save before you play him that way if you lose just load again

@zleverette Having trouble getting shot up by the NCR? yes you need your weapon put away but you also must have mentioned Julie Farkas to Elizabeth Kieran. Elizabeth will tell you about the person they sent to the king and how that person got beaten. go back to the king and tell him about this beating. The king will get pissed and have you go resolve the issue. now when you get to the train station if you have your weapon put away they shouldn't shoot you.

OK, guys, I just found out where you are supposed to go to the food and water supplies place. At 6:07 , the blue door, to the right of that is where the guy came from. So just go to the right and there is broken piles of cement and all and you just jump over them :D Hope that helped.
