AT least 20 people. So a team of maybe 5(or less) took a month so 4 times as many people people would take 1 week or less.

And I doubt any one was anyone was helping him, he probably did it all by him self in about 80 hours, i.e. working on it 20 hours per week if that!!!

So they have an entire off season to prepare episodes.
