So if they censor just "God" they can let the "Damn" slide. I believe its to prevent audience from believing they support "using God's name in vein" and such. Not just as a swear word.

@CharlesInMotion No as MTV did it and MTV is who did the censoring. Some networks just have specific words / phrases be it curse words or not that they are allowed to use and "damn" with "God" in front of it is one of them. I believe they can use "damn".
