@spiritwolfprincess1 Night Elf models in the game have fangs. Popular Lorehounds in the past have mentioned that it denotes a possible link between them and Trolls, which explains Troll's tusks. I don't think there's any official canon as to if the two races are descended from one another, though.

Plus, it just looks pretty damn cool :P
