Actually i sold it. But almost a year later the carbs were working just fine still. Bike was still a piece with stuff that needed replacing left and right but the carbs held up wonderfully.
Verrrry interesting. I pulled my carbs a few weeks ago, and both diaphragms had tears in them. I tried a number of compounds, and thanks to finding your video, I found Hondabond to be the best. I've repaired my diaphragms with it, but have yet to reinstall them to test.

i bought some rubber sealer and sealed mine on my bike, worked pretty well

Do you still own the bike that you fixed the diaphragm with hondabond? How has the repair held up? How much mileage/time on the fixed carb diaphragm?
Have you pulled the carbs again to look at how the patch is holding up?

Awesome. That 140 per vacuum piston was just a bit much for me. There's always got to be a better way to get by.
