I should try picking up rugs with my Trad, now that I have the mini-emptor on it...compared to the original setup, I've noticed a HUGE increase in suction (though I don't have the bags for it yet lol)
true. that dyson could have been clogged. my dc07 can pick up a piece of paper off the floor. i will have to make a video of that, when i have some time off work.
lol, I know which video you are talking about. It brought a chuckle or two when I seen that $300+ gets you a vacuum that maxes out on paper and feathers! KIRBY POWER!!!
change the belt. the brush roll should not stop that fast!

The belt was a couple weeks old. This carpet makes a brand new belt slip too. This carpet is very thick.

DAMN!!! that thing is more than a beast its a vacuum god!! :P my g4 will do the same thing to some of our area rugs ill post a video of it soon:)
