Looks delicious! With all that oil and sugar, how do you stay so skinny? Americans are doing something wrong but maybe it's not fried foods or sugar. Maybe it's just the fake foods and preservatives. Hmmmm. Would love your thoughts on this. (I'm a fat American- well, kind of fat and struggling how to feed my family nutritiously yet yummy).
@happythotzaroo - The Thai fried food and curry make me gain weight too. My secret is eat the curry /stirred fried dish with rice at lunch or breakfast and do Thai salads such as Thai spicy apple salad, seafood salad, papaya salad ---all kind of salad for dinner. Eliminating carb intake during dinner meal does help.

Also, I take Holy Basil capsules and they really help me feel calm and uplifted. I was wondering if the leaves in meals give the same effect?
