great.....it's quite weird to see a left-handed guitar....i'm left handed myself but i 'm used to play with a right-handed guitar.....your sound has a beautiful brilliance...keep it up!!!
i'm pretty sure he's playing ana vidovics transcription any way... this guy kicks ass no matter what anyone says this guy has good tempo and "doesn't" skip any notes he just playing his piece to fast its complicate when your playing it so stfu
Arne, I really enjoyed hearing and seeing you play this. It's clear you love what you're doing, and if I learn this piece as well as you I will be very happy!
One question: has anyone told you your tempo is a little irregular in 1 or 2 places? You jump in a little early sometimes after a note that lasts 2 beats. Segovia (and Yepes) did that, despite his 99% heavenly playing!!
Hey! You're doing a great job! Sincerely. I'm learning that piece right now but I found differences between your version and mine and I rather like yours. Would you plz tell me whose transcription you are playing?
Amazing playing and more importantly amazing music - I'm kind of glad to hear you studied for 7+ years! The arrangement does look painful, but it sounds great.
Hm... my answer didn't get uploaded... I'll try again: It's a "Woodfield" which I ordered from Philip in the fall of 2004- series II, Italian spruce top and Amazon back and sides. I Love that guitar!
Good question! I'd wish, but no...I do some concerts now and then but mainly have been working as a guitar teacher and doing other jobs to pay of my "study-loan" after 7 years of classical guitarstudies... Now I've started practising again, because working as guitar teacher in Spain is so bad paid that I might as well si at home and practise:)
Yes, I did the bachelor++ (performing and teaching degree) in Norway, and the "Advanced Diploma" degree in Cardiff, Wales...Was it worth it? Yes, I Think so... because I enjoyed it and I still do, even though I'm never gonna be "Julian Bream" or make a living of playing only... All depends on if you think it's worth the sacrifice- there are plenty of easier ways to make a living!
very nice! you know, you never ever want to change a Segovia arrangement. He's dead, he'll find you. And who is to say that Segovia is wrong? That would be absurd; Great playing!
Thanks Can & Peo! I don't know the English word but I understand "agogik" and it makes me glad to hear that... I guess most people would want to throw a metronome at me...
Great playing! I like the arrangement by Segovia. And the music by Albeniz is beautiful. Your tempo is perfect and very plastic (agogik) [is that spellede right?] Anyway: brilliant!
In a mirror.....well played Sir

It's pretty anoying to be a left-handed guy, isn't it?You cannot use another guitar immeditely.(I play anything that comes to my hands :)
ffgghhj77 3 years ago
That's true to an extent, but I've learned to play upside-down on righty guitars, which has improved my playing somewhat lol
I would even say that somethings are easier when mirrored.

I'm thinking of doing a bachelor for about 15 years now but never did it. I'm no teacher.. But I'd rather be a good amature :)
You're a good pro!! Keep it up! (the playing...)

did you do it at degree level? If so is it worth it, and would you advise anybody to do so?
