Dearest Readers, To heal FMS you must be willing to get off the world; get away from stressful people and situations, leave the medical profession and its standard drug therapy; enter into the unfamiliar world of alternative medicine; and have the courage to embark on what may be the loneliest, most uncertain and scorned journey you have ever taken. But if you choose to do this, you can regain your health and take back your life, becoming healthier and stronger than ever. All it takes is time.
Hello everyone! My book "Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia - Choosing What Works" is now enjoying endorsements from the International Chiropractors Association, the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association, the International Massage Association, Oregon Health & Science University-Fibromyalgia Information Foundation, and a 5 star review on Amazon/Kindle.com. Please visit my website listed above and read more about this ground-breaking book.
I want to create a paradigm shift in the way FMS is viewed, seeing it as a symptom itself; the natural result of the Atlas subluxation - the vertebra at the top of the neck. All FMS symptoms are accounted for by this subluxation, & are reversed by the alignment of the Atlas, & the subsequent subluxations of the neck & spine the Atlas misalignment creates. This must be done by a skilled upper cervical chiropractor and followed up until the Atlas locks down securely: the first step to healing.
I believe I've had this since I was 2 after an mmr injection. Doctors tell me I'm too young, I have everything from temperature sensitivity to bowel and fertility issues. My joint pain was diagnosed as "growing pains" and that my fibrofog is due to my anxiety/depression. :( sucks.
@sejbomb Don't you believe it! Anyone with FMS will be depressed before long. All your symptoms are FMS related. Anyone at any age can get FMS. The medical profession doesn't understand it yet. Meanwhile, look at my website listed under my description below my video. My book tellsl about the cause and a sustainable cure that does not involve drugs or anything invasive, and is holistic. Let me know if you have any questions. V.Lumley, recovered FMS patient author of Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia
Yes, NK cells are also key. T and NK cells work together to fight viruses and cancer. When their numbers are down, the body gets invaded. FMS patients are 35% more likely to contract cancer and 200% more likely to die from it according to studies as a result of these key cells being inhibited. Any further info to share is welcome.
@nevyn1 Re: Retroviruses as possible FMS cause: Our bodies are 90% bacteria. Our immune system keeps them balanced and fights viruses. FMS weakens the immune system, and makes the body vulnerable to viruses by reducing the production of T cells. This is a symptom of FMS, not a cause. Follow my You Tube video at Fibrocure to my website regarding my book Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia-Choosing What Works and read about me and my book.
@animcot You can go onto my website listed above under edgepublishingcompany, or you can order direct from the publisher, or from Amazon.com. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you for your interest.
@vwick77 Yes I do want to sell my book, very badly. There are millions of FMS sufferers who are suffering needlessly, and it breaks my heart. I feel I owe a debt of gratitude to the universe for discovering a cure and getting my life back again, and I want to get the word out very badly. I do appreciate your concern, and your pain. Thank you for responding. Go to my website and read about me. Blessings dearest!
People like myself are very vulnerable and if there was such a "cure" out there, wouldn't you think doctors would know about this? I notice you commenting on alot of videos on youtube talking about this. A comment before mine stated for you to show evidence to back this up and all you can come out with is that you can't fit it in????? Please !
@vwick77 Doctors don't know of a cure for FMS because it does not lie in the medical profession. All they can do is offer suppressive drugs that make you worse over time. Have you injured your head or neck, or had a fall or bump on the head, whiplash, a lifting/twisting accident or something happen that would have caused an Atlas subluxation & resulting brainstem injury? I'd be happy to help you, and you don't have to buy my book. I just want to help.
Recovered fibromyalgic??????? I have never heard of such a thing. Is this something you came up with yourself? In your video you say that you body was shutting itself down. Fibromyalgia does not effect the organs in the human body or damage them. Fibromyalgia is a Neurological illness that has to do with hypersensitive nerves in the Central Nervous System. It really upsets me when people like you come out and say you have a "cure" or you are "recovered".
@vwick77 I'm sorry to have upset you. I did have FMS & yes I cured it & yes it is in the central nervous system. When the CSN is hypersensitized & hyperactive as it is in FMS for years (I was bed ridden for 2 from the nerve pain and housebound for 10), the body can begin to shut down in some systems, such as the digestive system. I spent 10 years researching & curing myself, and have dedicated the rest of my life to helping others who also suffer in this way. Best wishes & many blessings!
@vwick77 The CNS regulates every cell in the body and is common knowledge, hence organ system failures over time. My book has received endorsements from the International Chiropractic Assoc., The National Upper Cervical Chiropractors Assoc., The International Massage Assoc., Oregon Health & Science Universities Fibromyalgia Information Foundation and many others. It is backed by science, and my success as having fully recovered. Try reading it. You may learn something helpful to you.
I'd love to, but there is five pages of it in the bibliography at the back of my book, and I'm afraid 500 characters won't allow me to list it all. Sorry.
Hello.. I have been suffering from fibromyalgia pain. Primarilly in my hips and lower back. I also get the numbness I'm arms and legs and muscle twitches. I've been to my chiropractor over and over again. He does atlas subluxations. Should I find a different chiropractor? At one point I was going to see him several days a week. I usually go once a week now because it got costly. Thankyou
@ralegria16 Dear Ralegria, Yes, do find another chiropractor who specializes in the cervical spine. This doctor should have a "side posture Atlas head-drop table" developed originally by Dr. B.J. Balmer. If your current doctor is using a manual adjustment, it may not be enough to unlock the forward shift in the Atlas that gets locked onto the C-2 dens. I go into this in detail in my book. Also, I tell how to get your ins. to pay. Good luck and let me know.
@ralegria16 PS. Remember it takes time before the Atlas locks down and holds 100%. When it has been displaced for a long time, the little ligaments and muscles that hold it in place get stretched out, and need time to strengthen. I tell my story of how long it took for me and what I had to do. I went through several chiropractors until I found the right one. Don't give up. Check out my website about my book. I have a protocol that worked for me, and it will most likely work for you too!
@astoriaaqkjkl Thank you for your very valuable comment about how to get Rx's on line that are affordable. I do hope you will keep trying to cure your condition however, and not only rely on prescriptions to manage the pain. Please consider the option I have offered to you in this video. For me, the cure was healing the brain stem injury caused by an Atlas subluxation. Correcting this & combining certain legitimate alternative therapies has constituted a real and maintainable cure. Keep going!
I am glad you are ok now, that is if you wre diagnosed correctly in the first place. MANY of us have had no trauma and have a normal spine. So, maybe you can help people with similar symptoms of fibro that is due to cervical spinal trauma, but it is a little misleading to suggest that ALL people can be cured.
@energyila Excellent. FMS is a symptom of the Atlas sublux/brain-stem injuries caused by: a fall, whip-lash, twisting-lifting accident, chronic poor head posture, twisting head too far, poor golf posture/swing, lifting & carrying heavy babies, bump on the head, and even general anesthesia without proper head & neck support, etc. Lifting muscles attached at the top of the neck pull on the Atlas also. Thank You.
I believe in my stepmom. I have seen her own strong will be the guide toward finding a cure for herself over a long, but practical journey of over ten years and I am so grateful to have her positive spirit restored to 100% of healthfulness. I think she can help many other FMS sufferers with the steps she herself used to recover, and hope people will take advantage of her hard work and many years of personal research that went into this labor of love, her book. GO VAL!
Some of you may be skeptical about Valerie's claim to have found a cure for FMS and I'd like to say that I've seen it first hand and can attest to the fact that her recovery is genuine. As her step-son, I have lived with her through all the years that she has suffered, and witnessed all of the painstaking events she's been through. I'm so relieved that her strong will and dedication to overcoming FMS has lead her to discover both its cause and remedy, and now she can share that with everyone.
Valerie is my stepmom and having seen her bedridden for years and then through tireless research and dedication cure herself is truly an inspiration. We're all so glad she is back to her old self and helping others with this horrible disease. Her book is the product of years of scientific research on the subject, and her pursuit to try all available options in the path to her own recovery - it is invaluable to any FMS sufferer.
Look for chiropractors in the phone book and start calling. If the one you call is does know how to adjust the Atlas, then ask them if they know a chiropractor who does. Tell them you need someone who is skilled in adjusting the Atlas. Let me know.
Yep. That would do it. A cervical chiriopractor can x-ray down your throat to check the alignment at the top of your neck. If it's off even 2 or 3 millimeters it could cause symptoms. My book has the entire protocol for a lasting cure in it, and my story of how I cured this horrific condition. You can pre-order if you like. Let me know.
To the last two comments: Have you had an injury or compounded injuries to your neck and spine? Brain stem injuries cause FMS, and a cervical chiropractor who can x-ray down your throat can check the alignment of your Atlas at the top of the neck, and correct it. My book with my protocol for a lasting cure is out in a few weeks, and you can pre-order if you like. Otherwise, let me know! :))
@lovethelight777 Hi. I understand. look to my website thefibrocure and read about me and my book. Go see a cervical chiropractor who can check the alignment of your Atlas. Brain stem injuries cause FMS. Let me know.
