lotus3, you're right, but Siad Mred was covering it - its a classic by Oum Kalthoum called Alf Leyla wa leyla (1001 Nights) that is famous throughout the arab world - there are many versions of it and its a popular bellydance piece. (Though its considered taboo by most to dance to the original with Oum Kalthoum singing.) This dancer did a nice job capturing the emotionality of the music.
She is REALLY good! Her undulations are so fluid! I love!!

Yes, she travels to Egypt every year to train and practice so she's developed that "style" according to what she tells me.
