Is this like your plot of land? Or can you just do this anywhere? Also what are your computer specs?

I can't wait for this game, I've played Ultima online basically my whole life and this game is the closest thing to UO... Looks so promising, heres to hoping it dosn't flop!

@leaf16nut It's not my plot of land, I was in the middle of nowhere on that video. I tried to plant the seeds in a location where not many people go to, I was afraid someone would cut my forest before it could fully grow :D

As for my pc, i don't have such great specs. Got a phenom II 3.0Ghz, a gtx 260 and 4gb ram.

This is a carbon copy of AoC with ship battles and EXTREME TREE PLANTING,big deal,Korean junk.AoC is F2P now btw,and actually takes skill to perform in combat.

would be cool if the entire server somehow banded together and covered the map in trees :p

@DFkoruun Haven't come across a limit (except you can't plant on physical items such as rocks, houses....obviously). Some players actually created a huge forest next to a town in cbt3. The trees were all white, and funny enough the map itself was called White Forest.

Yes, excellent. This is an important course for MMO's to take. Not only action and a themepark playstyle, but sandbox elements that can attract players with different goals. I look MORE than forward to the future of MMO's.

I am soooo sold! This is the kind of impact I want to have on an MMO's world. Even better if some of those plants can be harvested. Definitely adds to the realism. Is there a vague release date for the US?

@ThePolysyllabist Wheat was already in game actually. Could also plant grapes (maybe craft vine??) among other things.

Haven't seen fishes though, but they were some cows which you could gather milk from.

I am impressed.

But one thing is missing - you should have a preview of your planted trees in order to have a complete view how it will look once grown

@Nhordmyr Hum but you do have a preview. I would suggest to watch again XD Granted i was going a bit fast because i had lots to plant. But every time you see me clicking on a seed, a preview of how the tree looks, once full grown, appears.

I imagine a lot of griefing potential. Go someplace where people grind and plant trees with your guild. It does nothing but it will piss them off .

And it's actually a craft material. The ones griefed will more than likely be quite happy to find a wood farming spot instead ;D

@AmaterasuOkamiYami They could possibly add plots or anything to the likes, which'd help the majority of hard-working players to actually play with the game's essentials. But there'll be griefing, we all know it. D:
