asura if you still havnt found out you go to the website and sigh in and go into ur billing info and you can log in and magusfeo if you havnt figured it out keep quitting the game and logging in and it will work

well before "buffs"-temporary steroids in a way- attack speed is slower but some weapons are extremly fast liek daggers or unarmed combat others are slow like a battle axe or polearm... and theres a buff that makes u faster attacking much better than ruenscape.. also some spells are fat casting some rslow:)
