Seriously, the vietnam expantion was awsome just going around using guns, made it feel like a scroll beat em up! RATATATATTATATATATATATATATATAT *nepalm strike* RATATATATATATATATATTATATATATAT­ATTATATATTATA! *teleport* RATATATA *Fire in the Hole! RATATATA BOOM TATATATA *RPG pickup* FSSSSSSHABOOOM, die vietroll, DIE! *AK47 pickup* RATATATAT... Yes, they should just make a totally new game where instead of magick you have different ways of using guns or fistfighting! xD

@Crextal I agree that the dlc was awesome, but guns didnt replace the spells. There is nothing in the world quite as satisfying as blowing a goblin to smithereens with an occult lightning beam

And then you play the rescue mission on your own, not really a problem or dificulty until you reach the rendez-vous point in an open field and VLAD is not there. one way ticket to oblivion. no cover what so ever. Even the Vietnam survival challenge has some sandbags to duck behind.

@FlippieX who cares of the firearm it gives you more time to cast and get your ideas clear THAT is the point of time warp.

@picorettte Because time warp slows everything down, except for firearms. So basicly all firearms gain twice the rate of fire. Since the enemy is also carrying firearms it wouldnt give you profit. In fact if you use magicks and spells and the enemy firearms, you would have a huge disadvantage, cause you are slow and they aren't

Just use a tank robe and cast a rock-ice-armor on you QR-QR-D-D-E  and a devastating attack using ice lightning arcane and shield QR-QR-A-S-E enchant your weapon with it then strike into a group of enemies

the ice deals damage upon growing from the ground, the lightning effect deals damage over time and make it impossible for them to get away, the arcane effect at the final stage makes the icicles (and everything around them) explode. only few enemies survive that

@iam18bitch2 yeah, it is made easy when the latest updates. the last updates gave that the combination EDDDD and QRRQRQED and everything in between gives you a suit around your body. When I posted this, it was still with the original game. the combination EDDDD gave you a bunker on you, in which it was impossible to move or cast spells. back then, it was HEAL HEAL HEAL shield HEAL HEAL. Magicka has become way easier now. Even the survival mission is doable on your own now.

@PMMillard nope, that boulder is only in the survival challenge. But this is posted 6 months ago... nowadays magicka is no challenge to me anymore. Beaten both campaign trails, found all mooses, secrets and magicks, explorered..well 95% of all possible spells and beaten all the challenges maps (including vietnam mission, vietnam survival, Vulcanic arena and marshlands) on my own. Its waiting for steam to release new challenge map or waiting till magicka 2.

@B2MAT0N It definitely sounds like "Johny B Goode" from the Back to the Future movie. Probably they took the inspiration for the intro and then invented something. This song hasn't a name of its own in the Magicka game, so I just put one random title for it that felt right.
