As I could understand the is the plain HHO generator with cylindrical design...you would probably made better effect that you have drilled the holes trough your cylinders , and that you have put a better electrolyte than the simple tap water. The effect is so poor because only the core and outer cylinder are under the voltage, and there is no free flow of your water, so the current has to jump over the neutral cylinders and the water between...I thought the JoeCell have something with orgon

Is this electroysis or just boiling water? If distilled water, then it won't conduct electricity (I think) I didn't see where the one wire was connected. This is similar to the "Run your car on water" which breaks down the water into H and O2. But that one requires a pulsed DC current. The Joe Cell requires more energy in than it produces.

Well maybe you have fixed this since part 3, but I don't see how you are connecting the two center pipes to the battery...you kind of left them out of the loop. The center bolt is connected, and the outer pipe is connected (somewhat), but what about the two center pipes? There insulated from each other, but not connected to a source (Unless I missed something along the way). Otherwise this is a great idea you have unfolding!

Putting uncharged tubes (or plates) between other, charged, the middle tubes are charged "neutral". His connections are +,N,N,-. By this he succeed in lower temperatures, and lower amps. But in this expirement, the tube surface is too small so if he didn't put any neutral charged tubes the temperature wouldn't go so high, so as the amperage. The more neutral plates you put between the charged the less temperature you have.

ryan ... adding a catalyst to the water would double if not triple the HHO output. The special things about this is that the metal is stainless steel so it wont rust or deteriorate under the accelerated decomposition of the water, and the steels increased surface area which allows the current to be spread out. Using 2Ah instead of 200mAh would also prove to give a significant boost to the decomposition rate. But you already knew all that didnt you ryan. BTW, Nice video jurah2o. Watched it all!:)

technically, no, water will conduct electricity. Neutral water (pH 7) has 1e-7 mols per liter of hydrogen ions, and the same of hydroxide ions...and the presence of ions allows a current to flow... just thought id mention it

P.S. Switch the polarities around. You should have about 3 time the square area for your ground vs the hot. Take out those tubes between the bolt and outer tube. They restrict more then serving any purpose. Your resivor (cocking tube) needs to be about 9 time the cubic area of the hot to hold the proper volume of water. No one is going to wait 20 minutes to produce enough pressure to run a car. Read up on Anodizing. Use two diffrend metal for + & -.
