Mike what do you feel about locking arms out? I try it and it feels uncomfortable and shakes my hands but on the flipside I am told it is supposed to be more stable.

@wgunz if your hands are shaking, it is not more stable FOR YOU. Everyone has a preferred stance and hold. Work with what you are comfortable with, and eventually try working more toward a "locked arms" stance.
