Excellent! Here is a nice tip, try meditating whilst visualising the planet venus. Picture yourself lying down looking at a star that you get closer to, getting bigger and clear. it becomes venus, imagine vast forests, deep blue lakes and wildlife...

Yes, think it is, but it's easier to hear on the Awakening Kundalini series from SatyWomyn in the related list, plus you get Kelly Howell's amazing voice. The spectrum of brainwaves are in the demo on the brainsync website. Theta is between the deep sleep of delta and beta/alpha of normal waking state.

1. Isn't BrainSync music part of Kelly Howell's program? She writes meditation music and has the copyright on BrainSync, if I am correct.

2. Where did you get the video clips that you put in this video? I am curious as I am posting some music soon and I liked the surrealistic feel of many of the clips. I can find photos, but have a hard time finding video clips.
