Hey there I got mine from the local fish market. Yeah they jump a lot but now my common snakehead is developing nice blue colouring at his tail and the bleedy mouth has healed nicely. I'm in Malaysia by the way
Keep It Covered, And I'll Learn Not To Jump. Yeah Mine Have Blue Colouring On Its Fin And Tail, It's 3 Year Old This Year, How Long Have You Been Keeping Yours ?
Extremely hardy even in the worst water condition & got nasty bites! DON'T WALK but slither like eels when on dry land. Nat Geo & Maryland scientists had preposterous reports, snakehead walked on dry land & survived 4days out of water, using insecticide poisoning entire lake killing more fishes than snakeheads! Failed to consider repercussion of such action thinking the results are inconsequential. Lakes lead to sea & effects maybe accumulatively disastrous with like-minded irresponsible people.
sou brasileiro e vou falar na minha lingua, o dono desse aquario é um merda, da para ver q o animal esta definhando nesse balde, espaço minimo e a super população, deveria ser denunciado essa pessoa, faço Biologia na Santa ursula do RJ B rasil
to be honest......that fish send a shiver down my spine it look so...creepy...it does look like a snake....how could someoen eat a fish look like that...look scary
Yeah , I Transfer It Into A 25 Gallon Tank As Soon As It Arrived . And For The Record No Tetras And Catfishes Were Eaten , I Counted , Maybe It Loss Its Hunter Instinct For A While , It Just Kept Eating Blood Worms . And Yeah , I Eaten Snakeheads Before , The Ones I Fished Out Of Some Resivoirs , And Its Really Tasty .

i'm not tryin to be mean or anything, but if possible, i would highly suggest a bigger tank for that thing.

Man!, kill and eat that snakehead (it's really tasty if you know how to cook it) before it eats all the other fishes in that tank.

WoW.. how big is this tank. Also how many differnt fish are in there, a snakehead alone shouldnt be in a tank that small.
