Miaka is 15 and Tamahome is 17. I don't know whether they said it in the Anime or not but you can read it in the Manga.

I don't like Genbu, or Byakko. Genbu Kaiden ends badly, as does warrior prime. Those are the stories of the Genbu no Miko and the Byakko no Miko. Both end badly. I'm starting to lose interest in this series, and I don't know why.
