In Germany there was a case, where a little girl was kidnapped in front of her house. The mother opened the door a few seconds later because her daughter had forgotten something. The mother only found her daughters shoe. The kidnapper was found 3 hours later and it came out that he raped and killed the little girl within half an hour after kidnapping her...sad story.
