What do you think drifting is? It's literally just sliding. All it is is the back wheels having less traction then the front, the whole art of it is even called "catching the slide". It's a real thin line between drifting and spinning, which is why why it's so skillful.
drifting is to steer the car by powering on, powering off...its not just sliding, if not they would just call it sliding in the first place...

@Unphased409 u act like drifting is a noun and not a verb. Drifting is simply losing traction of the rear wheels, no matter what terrain you're on.
