Something instructive happened to me the other day. I was dealing with a demon possessed person who, when I said, "Jesus is come in the flesh," she said, "I can certainly agree with that", and a Muslim lady nearby also smiled. I realized afterward that I needed to say "Jesus Christ is come in the flesh", which the demons would NOT have agreed with. That is how narrow the difference is between truth and error. They could agree that 'a' Jesus is come in the flesh, but not Jesus Christ the LORD!!
Discernment is sooooo important. The Bible is our source for discernment. Blaze, thank you very much for these teachings that you posted. The one thing I noticed is that when someone mentions Gods uncompromising truth, what usually follows so close behind it is someone speaking error and claiming it's truth. This is not a shot at anyone on here. But this seems to be satan's MO. The more someone rages the more convicting the truth.
I'm a recent convert to true Christianity from Roman Catholicism. John MacArthur by way of the Holy Spirit has lead me to his rock solid Bible Teaching.
Praise God. Luke 15:32 " 'But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' "
I understand John1:4 to say "Is come" and not "has come", although He has come,died, rose again the third day, and ascended into heaven. Scripture teaches us that if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His. Also, Christ in us, the Hope of Glory.
Jesus said, Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man openeth, I will come in and sup with him, and he with Me.

The answer is simple... LOVE, that's the test, the only test, the only way to know the spirit of truth over error. Testing the bible with John's test shows the bible to consist of mostly of error. Jesus is not God, he is the son of God and always referred to the father not himself as God. Christians live in contradictions. Christs doctrine is love, not deity. This is hardly rock solid. We all come from God, anything less is another error. Trinity = Mother, Father, Spirit...
