I will never forget this day. I remember that Mr. Obama had said several times: "If I become President...", and thus he would continue. At one point, I was so enraptured, that when Mr. Obama exclaimed after a certain pont made: "If I become President..." and I yelled "When you become President...!" He paused, and stated... "No, if I become President... I'm superstitous...." I felt honored and embarassed at the same time. Mr. Obama, you're the 1st President I ever had. Thank you, sir.

Beautiful day, beautiful people..I will never forget the amazing energy as different races stood side by side and treated one another with such respect. Candid, open conversations on race were struck up between black and white strangers, and no one pushed and no one shoved. We didn't even wait in any kind of traffic coming or going!

That was quite an event, to see firsthand the wave of people coming down the hill onto the Archgrounds. I feel very lucky to have been there. Got there real early and had great view of stage!

This is an awesom video and sight to see. I was at the Kansas City, MO. rally with the 75,000. The look on the McCain protesters faces said it all, they looked like they were in shock. I hope this is the same look on their faces after the election. They and the abortion protesters left long before the rally started. It was my 11 year old daughters first political rally, one she and I both will never forget!

It was the most inspirational moment. Everyone was there for a common ideal. Everyone just came together, no fighting. I had a conversation for an hour and a half with complete strangers over politics, our world, our country. More people need to be like that. Maybe we'd actually solve something.
