Okay, I like this. But I have a question. Why is it that if I wear eyeliner (black/grey/blue/brown) on my water line an it doesn't really matter what color unless it's white or skin toned, that it makes my eyes look very... Scary? Angry/harsh? I can do my upper lash line and look fine. Sometimes waterline eyeliner completes a look but bot on me. Help!! Btw, I have blue eyes

You're so pretty you don't even need makeup! But if you do choose to wear it I think you should ease up on the bottom eyeliner. It looks a little too intense especially because your eyes are light. Just a tip. :)
