@madesttjack well... free running is more like freestyle, if you know what I mean? Parkour is ... well more freely vaulting and running/jumping. But free running is like ... backflips, frontflips, aerial flips and tons of others... so free running is basically showing off, but Parkour show off aswell :) but the point is, Freerunning = Freestyling, Parkour = from A to B as fast as you can.
