Yes the Halo 2 campaign where you are always doing 1 of 4 things (shooting, crouching and shooting, walking and shooting, or driving and shooting) is so creative and fun that it will kick the ass of Half-Life 2's campaign despite Half-Life 2 having variety, creative level design, atmosphere, and a focus on single-player rather than multi-player.

Wars is an RTS man, you can't compare the stories lines, how epic it is, etc. Reach's ending isn't epic just because you see MC in his cryo-tube for 1 second. It's the gameplay that makes an ending, not a cut-scene.

My personal campaign thoughts, it goes:

1. Halo Combat Evolved

2. Halo 2

3. Halo 3

4. Reach

Halo 3 and Reach are pretty much tied, but I gave a slight edge to H3.

Halo Wars! :D I don't like fps games that much as long as they have a good story and a variety of weapons like reach but i'm best at strategy games.This is just an opinion (>o_o)>
