I commend the Welsh Assembly Government & UNIDO for the wisdom to create such a creative platform for capacity building & technology transfer of sort. The real legacy remains up & running projects in the 6 African countries sponsored & funded by both the Welsh Assembly Government & UNIDO........God bless
