  • Try to balance more and go a bit slower, it will help and try to extend your legs :D Oh btw, Don't bend your supporting leg (the leg your standing on) when your doing a leg mount! It's so so dangerous! I know somebody who knows somebody and they did a leg mount and bent their bottom leg and their whole leg dislocated. So yeah :D

  • When you are doing leg mounts, work on your base leg first. If that leg is straight, it will look much cleaner :D Then you can sttart working on the leg you are mounting.

  • some stretches that might help is sit cross legged but with the soles of your feet touching eachother, and lift each leg (pointing toe) separately and hold for a while. this helps your muscles loosen so you can do better splits and leg mounts. also, while your legs are crossed with your soles touching, push down on your knees and try to get them to touch the floor. hold for a while. hope that helped and keep going :)

    I can do the splits all the way everyway i can do hand stands and cartweels i can go back in to a bridge but im finding leg mounts really hard !LOL

    and I use to dance at danceworks114 in Traralgon,Victoria but I quit last year

  • make sure your base leg is always straight when doing leg mounts that what my ballet teacher told me!
