as an Iranian I should inform you that this movie has some funny drawbacks (mistakes). for example: in the terror which happens in the beginning was happened in Tehran University (in front of the faculty of electrical engineering) not in the oil industry.secondly, most of the buildings and clothes are in Arabic not Iranian. i think it would be better for the director of this movie to do more research before making this film.

@AnglesM888 Brits didn't help him on power, Russia did, Russia forced his father out because Reza-Shah supported Hitler even changed Persia's name to Iran to make Hitler happy. Even in 1953 when Mossadegh nationalized Iran's oil and kicked the british out Brits just pushed America to arrange a coupe & drop Mossadegh which they did, not because they wanted shah back, but because they hated Mossadegh & wanted him out. BBC inflamed Iran's 79 revolution.

@misteeq64 It's not that Hitler wasn't pleased, in that time Russia was against Reza-Shah so he turned toward Germany and since he knew Hitler is pursuing Aryan movement he changed the name of country to it's ancient name Iran which is taken from Aryaiian. I heard once from an Iranian historian that Arya comes from the farsi word "Ruy" or plant-growth/Fertility and since in old times most of Iran was covered by forest and farmland the people were called :"people of fertile land".

Names can come from many places folks & be used in many countries. Soraya from all my research indicates it is either Arabic and/or Persian in origin. Could someone from Italy use that name? Or course! Could it be Iranian too? Of course! My own name says its origin is Greek and that it also comes from Welsh (very different places). Many places/locations in the world use the same name. Just a thought ...
