forget about that... i have a notebook, and people say notebooks don't have graphics cards... now, a ATI Mobility Radeon HD5145 is a graphics card richt? now, if it is, i wanna upgrade it. but is this actualy upgradable or does my notebook not come whit that ability?

@sisisspore its a mobile graphics chipset, its on the motherboard. there isn't anywhere to fit the card on your notebook.

Why everytime I want to install an update, it says the updater can't find the installation folder. I scans the Crysis' folder but, it does nothing.

this was a pretty good patch I was definitely impressed, although after about 45 mins. of playing I noticed a good amount of textures were glitching and flickering

Just because it's capable of DX10 doesn't mean it looks like it is DX10, back when it was Vista games still looked like DX9 cause no one was making DX10 games. They bascally skipped over it. Crysis 2 is one of the first games to truely take advantage of DX11 though.

I run at 1080p maxed out with the new patches with the gtx 560ti but it slows down during action so I turned shadows and shaders down to extreme and took v sync off still not bad at all.

These additions take more resources to run and are heavy reworks of game engine code. Both not possible on console with its static hardware.

Why should I upgrade if it isn't an upgrade you know? I did move to Windows 7 as it was time for a new omputer anyway, but I've hardly seen ned DX11 content other then a few games.

Also I meant Crysis 2 looks great in DX11 other games seem like they try but it's not much a difference.
