Just a little advice for future alto recorder (I know this video is 3 years old :D) : Try to do a "the", like make your tongue go up for each tone. so that you start a tone with a little pressure like a hard "the" :)

I believe I used the Baroque fingering and it's an alto recorder and yes, it's a Yamaha.

The recorder she's using is designed for Baroque fingering. You can tell because of the diameter of the 4th hole. The notes of this tune are fingered the same in German and Baroque variants, however. Do get a Baroque; forget about German.
