"Generally", in musical terms it is traditional music from Ireland or Scotland. The "Celts we actually Germanic and populated the Northern British isles many years ago and spoke in dialects that we (American) would know as Gaelic. Kassurinreichan (Kitty)sings in what I would call Irish Sean Nós style - or unaccompanied ornamental singing with her voice fluctuations - she could give lessons :-) It is a beautiful style that Kitty does with what appears as little effort.

This was one of my dad's favorite songs,I haven't heard this song since I was 8 years old (I'm 17 now) My dad sadly died on Father's day in 2003
