So, your house was broken into 4 times and your solution now is to change the locks and that solved it? Well, who were you giving copies of the key to the lock to in the first place? Or were your locks just that easy to pick? After that first break in you probably had an idea it was an issue with the locks. The very next day those locks should have been changed! As far as the camera goes, read and COMPREHEND the manual first. You just showed the world that your deductive reasoning skills suck!

Building managers need your key/a master key for cases of emergency, regular maintenance or inspection.

Locks were probably changed, I think thats why she called it an inside job.

Watch the video again.She said her place was broken into 4 times,she changed the locks and it STOPPED. The locks WERE changed because she did it! Whether or not it was an inside job was immaterial. Her case centered around her not understanding how to operate the camera, which she clearly demonstrated during the case. She didn't ask herself "what am I doing wrong" and try to figure it out.

First the plaintiff looks a little slow and she thinks buying a $200 nanny cam is better theft prevention than a good deadbolt. There is no doubt she didn't know how to use it or how to read a manual. I think she was just plugging it in, charging it, then unplugging it expecting it to last forever. Instead of KEEPING it plugged in, because she kept saying how it would only last the battery life and if it's plugged in that's impossible. It's not running off the battery when it's plugged in,.

I don't blame the guy having a " No Returns" policy. I had to implement the same where hats are concerned. You'd be surprised how many people wear a hat for a special occasion then deliberately undo stitching or some other devious thing then attempt to return it saying it was sold in a faulty condition, or you get the "I never wore it" returns, even if the inner brim has traces of make-up!
