The good thing, is we "f***uped Americans" can sue for anything ... Whether we should, or win, is another matter. But, thankfully, we do have that right.
Plaintiff is a out right liar. She keeps changing her story... "not working".... "does not record for 8 hours" ... "now I changed the locks, I don't need it anymore. OH but I don't want to return it now"
What a lying bitch. She knows good and god damn well the only reason why she wanted her money back is because she didn't need it anymore. But this piece of trash had to make up some ridiculous story that made her look like a fucking idiot. Damn some people are so freakin stupid it would be funny if it weren't so sad.
So, your house was broken into 4 times and your solution now is to change the locks and that solved it? Well, who were you giving copies of the key to the lock to in the first place? Or were your locks just that easy to pick? After that first break in you probably had an idea it was an issue with the locks. The very next day those locks should have been changed! As far as the camera goes, read and COMPREHEND the manual first. You just showed the world that your deductive reasoning skills suck!
@JustineBieberxoxo I'm keenly aware that you can't just change the locks in an apartment without approval. Watch the video again. She said her place was broken into 4 times, she changed the locks and it STOPPED. The locks WERE changed because she did it! Whether or not it was an inside job was immaterial. Her case centered around her not understanding how to operate the camera, which she clearly demonstrated during the case. She didn't ask herself "what am I doing wrong" and try to figure it out.
No good deed goes unpunished. I feel bad for her but she should have read the entire manual before purchasing it. The detector guy speaks well however he could have been manipulative by not explaining the whole thing about that battery, power bla bla bla whilst selling the camera.
The plaintiff in this case is simply STUPID ! Ever hear the acronym 'RTFM' ??? This reminds me of the IDIOT liberals who think government can solve ALL their problems, so they call 911 when McDonalds runs out of chicken McNuggets.
the def sounds like hes got a bad case ov cotton mouth oh god it makes hard listening.BUT being the real trooper i am,, i stuck with it lol cus this is a great ppl court !!lanyone else noticed the grose noise the defs making??or is it me/??????
First the plaintiff looks a little slow and she thinks buying a $200 nanny cam is better theft prevention than a good deadbolt. There is no doubt she didn't know how to use it or how to read a manual. Then, she admits at the end she didn't "need it anymore" and there for wants her money back which is the EXACT reason the defendant has a 'no refunds' policy.
How many agree that she didn't initially buy that spy cam because of break-ins like she said ~ I'll bet there's a man involved in her reasons for getting that thing.
It's funny when people have no idea what they're talking about, like this plaintiff.
I think she was just plugging it in, charging it, then unplugging it expecting it to last forever. Instead of KEEPING it plugged in, because she kept saying how it would only last the battery life and if it's plugged in that's impossible. It's not running off the battery when it's plugged in,.
I don't blame the guy having a " No Returns" policy. I had to implement the same where hats are concerned. You'd be surprised how many people wear a hat for a special occasion then deliberately undo stitching or some other devious thing then attempt to return it saying it was sold in a faulty condition, or you get the "I never wore it" returns, even if the inner brim has traces of make-up!

Grow up, get educated, and learn about REAL life, then come back and post something worth reading

@scooby1971 In an apartment building you can't just change locks.
Building managers need your key/a master key for cases of emergency, regular maintenance or inspection.
Locks were probably changed, I think thats why she called it an inside job.

The only sure truth way is to go back in time and see the functionality of camera when she uses it.
Its not possible to solve right ?
Shouldn't they they try how her camera works ?

This is a good reason why people needs to research the products that they aren't familiar with. And it's a good idea to read the manual.
