  • all the unemployed should work panning for gold in africa and it will make less congestion for me and my banker co workers

  • I'm unemployed and I fucking hate it.

  • It is a sad reality that ex servicemen are selling medals they earned in valour, one family i know have sold all spare white goods , m / wave etc. and still struggle, britain has sadly lost the plot and the recovery will be slow, the fiscal front line reports are that austerity like the 30,s is here in reality, it,s only camoflaged by stats and politics, on and off the street, can we learn from the past and save jobs, lives and our children,s future?

  • @oktobercat thats heart breaking.

  • The BBC loyalty to Brown is indeed touching. The unemployment figures for the UK are 18% and growing. Brown and his marxist EIB funded BBC are hiding the figures by placing people on other benefits. The UK economy cannot grow due to high taxes. The UK is finished and Brown is sadly doing it on purpose.

  • I have a job and go into many peoples houses. Some long term unemployed have lovely homes, much better than what I can afford??

A big chunk of my wage goes on people who never intend to work, I AM THE IDIOT!

  • @LabRat6619 yip u are, get urself on the dole... its fukin great

  • @silentfart101 . That right, everyone should claim benefits and one day it will grind to a nasty halt!

Leaving civil war for have's and have-nots! Get armed now because it will be going tits up in our lifetimes.

  • Excellent, REalistic, and superb reporting!

  • Why did'nt he sell his microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all those other things he does not need before begging? I dont want to sound cruel but there are people with less than him. I think he is just bad with money.

  • my first job was welding gates for £2 p/h which by todays standards is well below minimum wage was 64 quid aweek and worked there for well over a year i wasnt a retard though cos my next job i had good reverences plus was skilled and was earning triple to most people my age, so i see low pay as a good thing as companys will take risks with you and provide experience which is important later on, 68 aweek is nothing when you got kids i personally couldnt live on it, would feel like 16 again heh

  • yeah just my shoppin comes to 120 aweek then i need cigs and booze to keep sane , 80 to fill up my tank, 68 quid would just cover the kids mags & sweets heh would have to live with my mum again , i think its the other way around they need to scrap minimun wage and up the dole money so its enough to live on ,kids get more pocket money then that these days haha

  • i been working all my life their are lots of minium wage jobs about ! i lost my job last week , iam so happy now signing on the dole its so relaxing i get 68 a week , everything is free for me now i love it ! my mate got 2 kids and he is loving it too and his family is better off with child benifent too ! If the goverment wants me to work they should make the mininuim wage 7.50hour otherwise you live like a tramp

  • 2.47 million unemployed ?

Well that's the Lie-bour government's seasonally adjusted, massaged, smoothed over, current figure.

Double it and add some, to get nearer the reality figure.

That number is also rising exponentially.

Everyone is still looking for those mystical green shoots of recovery that Mervyn King

    saw last week.

  • If you mean the C.R.A., it is basically Government, the enforcement of a Government act.

In Britain the same policy was by the S.E.U. (Social Exclusion Unit). The Government Also insured Banking Deposits, so banks would take riskier investments, as the insurance increased, so naturally the banks took more risks.

  • yes whilst the goverment trip over every lie and deceit, the debt is rising and the slaves are losing their jobs and paying less tax, so theirs less to pay the debt.

These poor families as well as inderviduals will pay for the greed of bankers, and the ignorance of private in debt goverments.

Just don't it make you feel proud to be british....

  • However much I research the the credit crisis the path of blame always leads to C.R.A. which was further enhanced by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 which would only allow mergers if they met the C.R.A. rating.

Why is the media never even mentioning this, and why do you automatically take the Government version?

  • i don't i watch alot of videos from TheModernMystic

I'm know way financial trained, but aren't the goverment responsible for regulating these people,?
