Very impressive, they used to make us Yanks run a 'gentleman's' race...no bumping and shit like that, glad to see you guys are at it hard down there...I'm posting a video response, our '65'Vette....enjoy
Hey man, Nice Vid! Do you have any older ones? My Dad raced and won a few races in this class but I have not footage of it. He was racing in through the 80's, normally was up the front. Let me know. Thanks.
i had a 302 pretty damn well tuned and nothing gave me the chills like roaring down into a corner then blowing away from it and watching everything i once saw disappear into my rear view mirror
Hi. The car has changed hands now and sadly was in an accident at Bathurst a couple of years back. It has since been repaired and is now back on the track. The engine was producing around 350 BP. Thanks for your interest.
I own 6 first generation Mustangs and I'll be the first one to say that theyre not common anymore, but they are certainly not "rare", as Ford cranked out over a million of them in the first 2 years of production.
To be appreciated these cars must be driven, it is pointless to have them sitting under glass in a museum like dinosaur bones.
Today, there is not a single part on the Mustang that cannot be replaced, so go ahead and rub fenders boys!
I couldnt agree more. My 67 mustang doesnt have any luxuries whatsoever (no power steering, no power brakes, no AC, not even a functional radio), but nevertheless, its an AMAZING car to drive. And though my Taurus is "nicer," the joy i get out of driving my oldass, inconveniently hot and noisy car is unmatchable. Cars like those are MEANT to be driven.

Why ruin nice Mustangs like that. I whould restore them back to original. I mean I know they raced them like that back in the 60's but still.

that's sweet, there's nothing like a 289 at full song.what a great motor. your buddies need to be alittle more careful with those stangs. lol

MVdesign 5 years ago
nice sound for sure but many of them cant drive, and its a shame that some one did this with a mustang xD i wouldnt do that with mine.
therene 5 years ago
Are you retarded? This used to be all they had in the 60's. What's wrong with keeping them alive even today? Cars sitting in museums is gay!!
sp33dy2 5 years ago
thats not the point, the Reason i dont like it is:
50% of them cant drive look there are some crashing and the driver self cant shift right, maybe he should spend some money for a shift light.
i love mustang, but if u cant drive them lovly u should stop.
