  • Thanks for posting this, it seems interesting. Now I'll look up a version that I can UNDERSTAND.

  • HEY KIDS: Drowning out the profound words of a philosopher with your personal choice of music and excessive delay/reverb does not make you a DJ or an artist. It just pisses a lot of people off who would otherwise be grateful to you for sharing the information. Peace

  • If you can't understand the audio; you are listening too hard.

  • I think words speak for themselves and don't need lame fucking music.

Fuck you, this is something I'd actually be interested in listening too without the obnoxious music.

  • RAW does tend to almost mumble a bit too, so it can be hard to understand him sometimes even when the audio is perfect.

  • is there a place i can listen to this without music

  • More Wilson less audio effects.

  • i heard every word..... how square are you people?!?!??!?!

  • cool cool

  • maybe it would be better if this video was not titled Robert Anton Wilson. because it's not Robert Anton Wilson, it's a remix. Retitle it to redeem this video in the eyes of the public. IMO, better if you name it after yourself or give the song a name that doesnt use RAW's name.

  • You're so cool with the annoying music and the altered voice, making the message incomprehensible...

  • what a shame this would have been great had I understood what he was actually saying...terrible audio! =0(

  • Useless. Cannot make out the audio. Music too loud and too much reverb on the voice track.

  • music seems too loud to me

  • Anybody have a transcript of this talk? I really have a hard time hearing it.

  • cant hear what he's sayin :(

  • Stargate are you all over the internet talking about anal probes I thought you said Americans were the ones obsessed with ass holes seems your the one. Perhapes you need to walk on the wild side and let a gay friend have his way with you. Then perhapes this anal obsession of yours will subside.

  • yea i cant understand it

  • bill and bob

  • awesme

  • Would be nice if you could clean up the audio. Id really like to hear this better

  • anyway, we always have an array of things we can choose from i suppose, whether we are naked in the desert at high noon, or a happy corporate ho - we always have the choice to be happy or miserable. but you must admit, naked in the desert, the choice to be happy would be much more difficult, if not impossible for most.

i'm happy i'm not naked in a desert right now. at high noon. :) have a pleasant day and don't hate me because i enjoy misery. because i luxuriate over every agonizing nuance...

  • dude I'm very concerned about you being naked in the desert. I know obtaining an all over body tan esp on your buttocks is important but is it worth your life? Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld always get naked in local schools around the country and encourage those watching to apply sun tan lotion where the sun never shines. They often sing out songs about agonizing nuance and the joys of lubrication. I'm sure you'll take note and follow suit.

  • always wanted to talk to someone about this. my entire life has been heavily overlayed with synchronicity and coincidence. it has also been one long night mare, which is why i have a hard time when people say that when you see this happening in your life often, it means that you are being led to your destiny. i've been fighting my destiny tooth an nail my whole life, whatever my destiny is. i don't know, but it can't be good. :(

  • Good is a judgement you make of a situation. Follow your intuition and experience truth.

  • agreed. sorry it took so long, but this is the first time i've seen your response. thank you.

  • I feel the same way, I feel as if I'm stuck in a loop and can't get out. I've had a long time to think it through and that's the best analogy I can come up with. It's a self-perpetuating loop, things repeat and repeat and repeat and the things that repeat. Terence McKenna talked about how you have bad runs and good runs, but I'm stuck in a bad run. And it's kept going on for years and years. I keep trying and trying but it just won't budge.

The best I can do is hope for better times..

  • destiny is a choice

  • that's debatable. let's start the debate with this question:

are destiny and fate the same thing?

  • i might be a freak but i believe in freewill and if you think your fate is coming and that all the negative shit your seeing is a sign, well then you have chosen to believe that and your beliefs map your reality so you will be more aware of all the bad shit comin your way than the good so it is a sort of self fulfilling prophecy in my way of thinking and ive noticed the same thing in my life and changed it so for me, it worked

  • wasn't aware we were moralizing re living with the consequences of choice. thought i was initiating a debate about the difference between destiny and fate. destiny seems like an exalted version of fate - a monarch or popper? a coward or hero? all on the same continuum. some born into positions of rank and dignity, some work for it and fewer achieve it.

or we all achieve a modicum of it, mixed in with our fate. at some point the limits of our capacity to choose is reached

    more in the next post.

  • dude is it destiny or fate aliens give anal probes to americans whilst imparting great mystical and spiritual wisdom to the rest of the planet?

  • the retention of invention will lead us to decension

    arise, foreign spirit lover

worshipper of base metals and feces

  • is destiny not synonymous with fate or in your way of thinking is one prior to the other?

  • good question - maybe i'll go fetch a dictionary definition of the two.

i think some people think of destiny as something great, while fate is something to hate. :)

we can always carry on the discussion under the assumption that destiny and fate are one in the same, if you would like.

i agree that fate is either a choice, or an inability to make a different choice.

if you're born with a congenital defect cripples you for life, it's kind of like fate, and there's no choice - your thoughts?

  • yeah and for the fith comment i was gonna say

    Hail Eris

The law of Fives strikes again, its really handy
