The evo didn't hold the lines good enough... The 180SX slips too much, the last two hairpins are proof of that, since the gas is barely used, and as soon as you touched it, it slipped, that's why the Evo took off faster in the last hairpin, still pretty decent driving.
Select those views on replay mode. Not available for driving mode, i think. Wow this video's old. Can't wait for the new GT to come out. btw, thanks for everyone's comments, the hater ones too :)
You are all retards!!! 1. he didnt lose to the evo. 2 thats not a real person in the evo (although yes, the computer sucks) and although its tru, a person with the same level of skill gripping will beat drift, what he is trying to show is the fact that, although drifting, he didnt lose sight of his opponent, be he didnt bump into either him, or anything dor that matter in such a narrow course while not passing him. Awsome control man. It really takes skill. Kudos man
drifting in real life is nothing like a game. drifting is only effective when u want to maintain high speeds entering and thru the middle of the corner, while keeping revs up, u'll exit slower but it helps especially on hairpins and rallying when u need to use the lateral force of a car to help in braking and quickly changing the attitude of a car to another direction u want to face. good video
intresting video, but just notes to ppl who dun realize it, this is just a game, in real life, grip would own drift anyday on a circuit, rallying and drifting hairpins are a different story, i'm a drifter myself and personally i think its just so much more fun to drift at 100km/hr than gripping and being bored outta ur mind, but thats just me.

Good fluid throws into corners. I noticed you had to jam on your brakes a couple of times when you caught up on the hairpins. Good precision. With that, you can throw the car to the outside a little more when you think you're gonna hit him. It would've been sweet if you slid around it on the third last wide hairpin. You had sufficient space on the outside.
extraordinary skill Apex :) you are using the steering wheel, right? cant imagine that I would hold the line as smoothly as you do with the joypad ;) which tires are you using?

He should have done this with a ghost car, i cant really tell if the grip is just ahead or the drift is slowing down for it.

drifting on N1 tires in gt4 is like sliding in the snow. anyone can do it and you'll never go fast. that's why you couldn't catch up to the evo.
