  • Yes, intentional breathing likes she describes does help. I do it.

  • Ha! Yes @frenpo, I think it would be amazing if you could learn to channel it through breathing. A drink has the blessed ability to take the edge off in some circumstances, but it's great when you can do it easily and naturally. Besides, life gets frustrating and intense for longer stretches sometimes. I have to say sometimes people have a hard time just breathing, but it almost always works if you can get in the zone.

  • I need to practice this technique after losing 15 times in a row in Super Street Fighter 4.I always start off happy..but towards the end of my session I'm frustrated and upset.On the weekends I usually drink a lil bit(which removes frustration completly),but if I could channel my anger in a positive way..it would be great.
