I could not agree with you more, I thought Evolution was it, but listening to this album, I consider this the best of the early stuff, Raised On Radio to me and Trial by fire, to be the more diverse sounding albums

JM, I have a recording of a performance at the Rainbow Room in '79 of their Evolution tour set. That tour definitely is a close second. They were dialed and have enough material at that point to make for a very diverse concert.
