love both Geraldine and Julia as Ms Marple...my fav being Geraldine.. in the old days i loved the best of the best Margaret Rutherford as Ms Marple..perfect! and so athlectic for her age.
joan hickson had no warmth as geraldine and julia but geraldine had sometimes a crazy eye. like there was a crazy btch hidden in her. I think to me julia fits as perfect as possiple to miss marple
MORE LIKE MRS DOUBTFIRE THAN MISS MARPLE: This is the first non-Hickson one I have watched. I don't want to say it's dreadful but it is terribly syruply and when I see "Miss Marple" here, all I think of is Robin Williams as "Mrs Doubtfire"
Love Geraldine McEwan and Julia McKenzie as Ms Marple...the best of course was Margaret Rutherford... the worst to me is Joan Hickson she is so cold and mumbles so you can't understand a word.
missmarpleAC- thank you so much for uploading these....I LOVE THEM. Have you ever considered slightly changing the title so it's harder to track, youtube might find them then take them off and cancel your channel, and now that i found you i don't want to lose these great videos. Please don't take any offense to this I want to continue to enjoy your channel and uploads.
SPOILER WARNING. If you haven't watched this yet, please don't read this comment!
I'd just like to suggest that you change the description a bit. You write, "He suddenly appears soon after his father's death claiming that they had reconciled..." I know it's a small thing, but it might be best to remove "claiming". The whole beauty of this mystery is that no one doubts for a minute that Lance's story about the reconciliation is true. I know it's a small thing, sorry to nitpick...
I got this plot of IMDb, and I didn't pay much attention to how it's written. I change it to "saying", but if you to make a better plot I could post it, and give you credit (I'm not very good at writting plots:)
@tatibetathy Oh no, the only one who deserves to be called Mr Darcy is Colin Firth. Colin IS Mr Darcy, all the other actors only TRIED to PLAY Mr Darcy

The inspector is wearing steel-toed work boots that he bought at Mark's Work Wearhouse.
That said, Helen Baxendale is deliciously cold as Miss Dove.

By the way, the music from 1:46-2:10 is called "Consolidated Investments" and it was composed by Richard Hammarton.
