Basically, he's singing about having no control over anything. Like how he's bringing back the Vongola into the future and he doesn't know the outcome to it all, so he's trying his best to control the situation and change the future for everyone.

I think its supposed to be Sho-chan singing about the trouble he has with sending the Vongola from the past to the future and having to pose as a member of the White Spell. Because he sings about having "No Control" over the future unless he does this. Because in the anime he receives messages from himself that says he will have no future unless he sends the Vongola's to the future. :]
