    you have really pencil sized forearms & pointy flat elbows dont cha. no way those arms are above 16 inches.

  • Don't mean to be rude or anything and maybe it's your genetics but your body is uneven muscularly. Do you train your biceps more than triceps and shoulders more than back?

  • lui, i know what people are saying about your forearms, and i heard you have wrist problems, my wrist suck too, what i do for forearms is lift really heavy weight off the rack and hold it, or sometimes i do a "bicep curl" with really heavy weights which i barely go half way because its so heavy and that hits forearms for me :) try it see how it works for you. by the way thanks for all your videos they are great motivation!

  • Lui you are big but there is one problem that doesn't make you look big and it is your forearms you have to work every muscle in your body ur forearms as if you were working on your biceps your tricep make most of your arm to so work on that but your big just advice man but your great bro

  • @luimarco - attention lui I am not saying its bad, you have just to equalize the quality with your back, shoulders and biceps, not speaking legs which are perfect. There is one trick workingout the chest always AT FIRST with fresh blood and doing more flies! :) Many people underestimate them but for definition teher is nothing so good! But I am sure you know what to do... :) after all its not so important the athletic aspect is important and you have it!

  • @pathfinderdude08 honestly ( no joke) i'd say 1 third of what that pseudo scientist advises and as you can see am definitely not undernourished. it's funny how those supposed natural bodybuilders benchmark their macros on Huge pros who have like 6 Drugs running in their bloodstream ! if you have that kind of elephant macros, you'll just wind up fat just like Mcstruthers, he is the empirical proof that his diet belongs to Sumo wrestlers . this is Fact not theory. he's a living empirical research

  • @luimarco Actually, Lui, a human's maintenance can be up to 5,000 calories. That means that person can lose weight eating 4,500 cals and bulk eating 5,500. By the way the only way to gain maximum amounts of muscle is to eat over your maintenance and get on a intense training program. If your doing that while getting stronger your gaining muscle. End of story.

    Bulking is not for everyone, so you're wrong. I have gained 8 pounds in one year by just regular nutrition and also managed to drop my body fat percentage. If you look at Scott Herman, Rob Riches and Scooby for example; they are all ripped the whole year; no bulking, no cutting needed. And they have amazing muscle mass.

  • @Behindspace90 Sorry but your wrong. You must be eating at maintenance to maintain weight, eating uner maintainenance to lose weight, and eating over maintenance to gain weight. Other than that you were either a beginner or have good genetics. Those fitness enthuisiast have been training for a while so you can gain muscle mass without bulking but it takes so much longer.

    I agree with you that it might be a faster way to gain muscle yeah. I can't tell anything more about it though, cause I have never tried it. My only experience is that I got good results while staying pretty lean. However I have always been on the lean side, so I might have good genetics yeah. :)

  • @luimarco I was jk lui, im not really buyin the m3, its an awesome car, but its not practical, i wont be racing so no need for such a high performance car, the 328i is a better choice, you are right, it is luxury, and efficient gas saver, the m3' v8 has a gas guzzler tax, won't be fun owning it unless you are filthy rich and dont mind filling up the gas tank on a daily basis.
