Does someone here experienced the "Control All Meters" Glitch/Cheat? it happens when I Typed in the Console: "boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true" (Obviously it's the DEBUG MODE) and went to a community Lot or my Owned Business Lot (Unfortunately, I have completed ALL The EPs/Expansion Packs except University and Apartment Life and completed ALL SPs/Stuff Packs) and I Looked at the Upper-Right side of the Screen and I Found Version Number? and I Tried to Hold The Meter in the Motives.
