cool but not parkour. parkour is getting from point a to b as efficiantly and fast as possible. like at 44. thats not efficient or fast. at 56 thats neither.this is really good practice and freerunning tho.

@masterofthehiten: In most of this videos the traceurs aren't really trying to get from A to B as fast as possible, are they? I think, he's just showing different techniques at a lot of spots.. but I think there are just two rolls in the whole video arount minute 3... maybe he should have done some more. ;)
