Recently had some dealing with OathKeepers after they published an unverified story about LDS cannery being asked for customer lists. They failed to properly check the story and published it as *confirmed*, while they then misrepresented the sequence of events, suggesting people had been threatened. In my communications with them it became apparent they're an extremist group which believes anything Alex Jones says as being gospel.

Same bs from mainstream new as usual. Don't mind the man behind the curtain. All is well. Also, there was ton of resistance to the patriot act. Groups were less organized then and they did kill off the first couple of attempts. These acts were what started the movement.

@LysergicAngel - Where SHOULD we have been? Speaking for myself, I was pestering the Hell out of my Congressmen NOT to sign the damned thing! Over and over, "Where were/are the Oathkeepers? Why didn't/don't they save us?" NOT. OUR. JOB. We educate about unconstitutional orders, period. On my own hook, if military is ordered to take weapons, take survival supplies from civilians, incarcerate those who refuse vaccines, etc, I hope someone DOES interrupt the chain of command by refusing!

Furthermore, this CNN guy is going to chastise the Oath Keepers for "planting seeds in people's minds?" I guess our government never plants seeds in people's minds via propaganda for what they want to accomplish. Whats the difference? The Oath Keepers "seeds" is to follow the Constitution. But they are being labeled as dangerous to our veterans.

Every Member of Congress takes a similat Oath of Office to defend and uphold the Constitution - to do otherwise is an act of treason.

How are citizens, and law enforcement officers and members of the military who are bound by this same oath (in intent if not exact wording) some how suspect of anything?

Did you know that the Oath for Officers does not include obeying the President?

The Federal Government is concerned over people that keep their oaths? Isn't the oath meant to keep US free?

@mattmatt115 This is what I thought too. To me military are the protectors of citizens when shit hits the fan in countries around the world. However once you actually talk to them 1 on 1 the mission statement goes out the window and it quickly becomes quite clear what they believe. They are just waiting for Alex Jones to do another fantasy "War of the Worlds" and you'll see just how deluded they really are.
