@NateHarrisCreations I guess, why not, each is to there own. I've only thaught of cutting out the rear deck like that, I guess I should've went through with it. I had a 1984 Olds Delta 88, and of course you know it had a full-frame as well. I just didn't know how much body stregnth would be taken by doing that. But you all did a good job. That car was really shaking.

Where are your highs? If you cut the back dash out where you gonna put the by 9's ????? In baton rouge we ride 6 6x9's cross the bac and 6 12's in the trunk. It must sound like crap in that car.

@prepg First of all, I've been installing car audio for over 26 years, I was installing 6x9's back in the 80's. This car is a on going project, this is only phase (1 )of (3) phases if you look at the custom center consol thats probally louder than all your 6-1980's 6x9's, And down here in florida we ride 6", 8", 10" & 12" cross the bac deck, on the doors, front dash,and if you are an installer , you're know what i'm talking about, if not wait and see the final install and then comment, Thx

@prepg who in the hell still rocks 6x9's. They sound like shit. The only thing coaxal speakers are good for are higher ferquencies because they cant reproduce midbass for nothin. You need to come to florida where we kill the pro audio scene. Just 1 selenium st350 and a 8" midbass will blow away those 6x9's easy.
