Yes, it's a catchy tune! You can file with anyone/everyone. You can send one to the Secretary of State in your state. You could send one to the Supreme Court in your state. If you use a legal-size paper, you can have each county stamp the same schedule. Copy it, sign in blue, "certified copy," and give it to the next county. I cant stop singing that song.......".It's a fascist nation I know "........see......lalala la lalala.....Can you file a fee schedule that covers the whole state instead of the city and county of Denver and who would you file that with? Thanks
Great job man. I have a question. I am staying with some family members with a different last name than mine. Where it says ... of the family ... , do I put my last name, their last name or both. Thanks.
@LivingWithUncleRay Well, I'm no expert, but its my understanding that your "family" is whoever you say it is; it's up to a jury to challenge your assertion. So, you can lay a claim on anyone who consents to it. In the case of minors, the parents have the first claim on children. The first parent to claim a child has the superior claim. In the case of spouses and other consenting adults, you would refer to them, perhaps, as my wife, my brother, my friend, John of the Family Doe.
