Yeah, it's the Colonel. Remember, one of Snakes mission goals was to save DARPA chief and Baker, the president of Arms Tech. So, it's understandable that he's pretty pissed that Snake just blew Baker the hell up.

Besides, it's either the Colonel, Mei Ling, or Naomi who 'gets upset' when snake dies and the "continue/exit' screen appears.

on MGS Integral for the PC, using cheats to get all the weapons early in the game, this is very easily done with the FAMAS
