In Howard Tuttleman's opinion you can basically celebrate Halloween whenever you want, it's just harder to Trick Or Treat, BUT, if you have a really good dance and rhythm section, how are people going to say no? Seriously. And if they do turn you away, you can just remind them that they'll think about how greedy they were later when your Halloween jingle is stuck in their head and they'll regret it, so they might as well just give you their candy so they don't have to feel bad for themselves.
