its actually not on about mr cartlidge. My auntie was in the same year as him when he attended st margaret ward high school and preforming arts college. The teacher he is on about was mr ludlow.
I work with students, I would never crush their dreams!!! Every student has the right to explore ideas and careers! I remember being a kid once too!!! Encourage them, don't control them!!!!!
